The9 executive team brings in new blood. Xie Yuxuan, former executive from United Overseas Asia, whill be the new CFO of the9. Some days ago, The9 just announced Chen Xiaowei as the new president of the company.

Zhu Jun, CEO and President of the board, said: 'We are very delighted to invite Mr. Xie as our new CFO. He has a strong background in investment bank, and a deep understanding of international capital market. We believe his enrollment will further strengthen our management team. His rich experience and skills will provide us the help we need in the future.'

In the middle of January, the9 announced the resignation of former CFO Li Qiaoen, due to personal reasons, which came into effect in late February. The enrolledment of Xie Yuxuan will fill the vacancy left by Li Qiaoen.

About Xie Yuxuan

Before joined the9, Xie Yuxuan worked in  United Overseas Asia. Between 2002 and 2005, He was the VP of Star Asia. And he used to held important positions in many international companies like Deloitte & Touche LLP and BDO Stoy Hayward. He was a graduate of University of Salford with Finance and Accountancy two degrees, as well as an EMBA degree from University of Western Ontario, Canada.
