On April 9th, some guy close to Tang Jun revealed that Tang Jun would gained over 1 billion RMB 'Transfer Fee' for joining the new company, which was also the new record for job-hopping earning of Chinese executives.

Some days ago, Tang Jun revealed to the outside saying that his new job would be announced next Tuesday, and the company had investment in tour and real estate. But the resources said that the two industries was only a small fraction.

According to the introduction, the 1 billion RMB was one of the condistion to invite Tang Jun, not including the generous yearly salary and other bonus.
