According to the board of Junnet, Wu Hongbin detained the company stamp, misused of authority, collected the funds of Junnet and transferred into other company, and compelled or seduced employees and partners to dismiss the contract with junnet and signed contarct to some other company. At the same time, he published fake news in the media, confusing the public. The board of Junnet hereby announced, that Wu Hongbin has no right to detain company stamp. All his action after the dismissal can't represent the company.

In addition, Wu Hongbin has caused great loss to the daily operation of Junnet, so the board expressed deep regret on this issue, and will try to settle it as soon as possible. Lastly, Junnet will claim for all the loss  caused by him.
