According to the information provided by the police, Chen Jian illegally copied the server client and validation client of Zhengtu Online using hacker technology. After stealing the game related information, he and other two complices divided their roles, as Chen Jian set up and maintained the pirate server; other two in charge of sales. After the trial, the court concluded that the three defendants copied and released the computer software without the license of copyright owner, which has infringed the copyright.
