According to Copyright Management Office, National Copyright Bureau, China will set up a technical platform to supervise any act of copyright infringement about online games and videos. This also marks the initiatives China will take against online pirate.

With the development of online transmission technique, some popular movies and games gradually become the victims of copyright infringement. For example, some hot movies are offered for download without authorization; or setting up pf pirate servers of some popular games, ollegally providing the access to games and low-price subscription for profit. These kind of acts infringes the rights of copyright owner.

Since a long time, the strikes from the administration departments against these acts are afterwards action, which means that the relative departments take action only when the victims report the infringement. Due to the characteristics of internet, some operation issues come along such as the difficulty in getting evidence. The launch of new technical platform will realize the up-to-date supervision on the ISP, and catch the infringement at the first time. The  related information will be share among departments in different districts.
