Kingsoft recently announced that it will spend RMB 175 million in the purchase of new office building. As revealed in the announcement, new office building is located in Beijing Haidian District, with a total floor area of 15,907 square meters. It's mainly for the use of business in Beijing.

It's said that this purchase of property was done under the name of three subsidiaries of Kingsoft: Beijing Digital Entertainment (14.29%), Chengdu Digital Entertainment(14.29%) and Beijing Software(71.42%).

According to the contract signed between Kingsoft and Beijing Yinbei, Kingsoft will acquire the property right on July 31st, 2008.
