The lawsuit about WoW player appealed game operaor The9 was on trial yesterday. March 7th, the character account of this player was banned by The9 because the latter was accused him of utilizing bugs for profit in the game against terms of agreement. All his items and virtual golds were lost in one night.

The9 said it had published notices on the official webside separately on February 21 and 29, to warm players not to utilize the bugs in the game. But there were still some players neglected the notices and kept making illegal profit out of it.

As for plaintiff, the company didn't shut down the maps with bugs, or fix the bugs. So it's not his fault.

The two parties didn't conceded to each other, so the court decided to adjudge another day.
